Application for Support Fund for Exercise July - December 2024
MS Auckland has recognised financial barriers to some of our members accessing appropriate exercise. The Exercise Support Fund has been established to help make specialised exercise programmes more attainable for our members. Successful applicants will have their selected exercise programmes supplemented by 50% for the following six months. This involves the member paying 50% of the programme, to the provider, up-front, and the provider will invoice MS Auckland for the remaining 50%.
